Al Jaber Gallery has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Al Jaber Gallery shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery of your items within UAE.

Free shipping in UAE on orders above 150 AED.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact information. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

Free shipping within United Arab Emirates only.

Shipping and delivery are available virtually in all destinations worldwide.

Returns & Exchange

We want to make sure that you will be completely satisfied with every purchase. But if for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please e-mail all exchange requests to gallery@aljaber.ae.

Cash back policy is not applicable for all products.

Please choose “Exchange” in the mail subject. In the e-mail, please state the following:

Your order reference number.

Product details of the item you want to return for exchange.

The reason why you want to make an exchange.

The new product you want for exchange.

If any damage or color issue, attach the picture of the item too.

You will be given 7 days upon receiving the item if you wish to return for exchange. You have to return the UNUSED item to be exchanged with the original packaging.

We offer One (1) time product replacement only.

We will send courier personnel first to pick-up item from you and we will send the new item to you within 1-2 business days or you can exchange it in one of our stores with the receipt for the same amount or higher.

NOTE:

* After we received the first item back in our office, the new item will be shipped.

* Al Jaber Gallery has the right to change delivery & return policies at any time.

We gladly ship your items to International addresses for all our products purchased through www.aljabergallery.ae

International deliveries usually take 3-7 working days upon the date of shipment.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within UAE only.

***International shipments will be sent with duties and taxes to be paid by the recipient.

Duties will be assessed by the importing country based on current laws governing imports.

We share your shipping address and phone number only with the shipping company. The information we collect from you is used to process and ship your order only. Your email address is used to provide you with an order confirmation and tracking number only. Your phone number is used to contact you if in case of any problem with the fulfillment or delivery of your order only. Your Credit Card information is only used to confirm whether the billing address is the same with the shipping address.
